I have been practising yoga for nearly twenty years and completed my teacher training in 2008. I have studied many different styles of yoga over the years and like to incorporate aspects that I have enjoyed from all these different styles into my teaching.
I am passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone regardless of age, flexibility or physical ability. I especially enjoy introducing new students to the benefits of yoga and aim to keep my classes accessible and affordable.
I am also a qualified and experienced thai yoga massage therapist.
