Yin yoga is the perfect antidote to the busyness of modern living. It is a safe, gentle form of yoga where the postures are held for longer than usual. Working deeply into the body’s fascia, yin yoga can take us to a place of acceptance and surrender, which can facilitate the release of deeply held patterns of tension and emotion. Supported by blocks and bolsters we will follow a sequence of postures designed to balance the body’s energy and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. Its the ideal way to welcome in the new year.
This will be a candlelit class.
