Tuesdays 10am-11am – hatha yoga (online)
This is a slower class incorporating stretches to promote flexibility and postures to strengthen and open the body. Breathwork will help to harmonise the breath, move stagnant energy in the body and calm the mind, leaving students feeling refreshed and centred, with a feeling of greater coherence. Students will learn tools for relaxation to incorporate into their daily lives. Beginners welcome. £8
Fridays 10-11am – mindful yoga (online)
This class focuses on practising with a sense of mindfulness. Classes usually incorporate a blend of sun salutations, standing posturherees and floorwork to create flexibility and strength plus breathwork and relaxation to promote overall calm and wellbeing. £8
Private Classes – can be conducted online
I am happy to give private tuition either at my home or a student’s home or, during the time of the covid 19 virus, online. This can be an effective way to heal from injury or focus on a particular aspect of yoga, or for a group of friends to practise together. It can also be a nice way for anyone who is new to yoga to gain a basic understanding before joining a regular open class.
Private tuition is £50/hour or £45/hour if booked as a course of six classes.
