Hatha yoga is a slower form of yoga which promotes deep relaxation and grounding. The class will incorporate stretches to promote flexibility and postures to strengthen and open the body. Breathwork will help to harmonise the breath, move stagnant energy in the body and calm the mind, leaving students feeling refreshed and centred, with a feeling of greater coherence. Students will learn tools for relaxation to incorporate into their daily lives. Beginners welcome.

Private Classes – can be conducted online or outside
I am happy to give private tuition either at my home or a student’s home or, during the time of the covid 19 virus, online or outside. This can be an effective way to heal from injury or focus on a particular aspect of yoga, or for a group of friends to practise together. It can also be a nice way for anyone who is new to yoga to gain a basic understanding before joining a regular open class.
Private tuition is £50/hour or £45/hour if booked as a course of six classes.
