Tuesdays 10am-11am – hatha yoga

This will be a slower, gentler class incorporating stretches to promote flexibility and postures to strengthen and open the body. Breathwork will help to harmonise the breath and calm the mind, leaving students feeling refreshed and centred. Students will learn tools for relaxation to incorporate into their daily lives. Beginners welcome. £10 drop in
Tuesdays 11.15am-12.30pm – yoga flow

This is a more dynamic class blending traditional yoga flow with strength and breathwork, and ending with relaxing yin style postures to achieve balance and harmony. The class is aimed at those with some experience of yoga. £11 drop in
Fridays 9.30-10.25am – mindful yoga
Tudor Hall Library Annex, Tudor Drive, KT25QH (free parking on the road outside the library)
This class will focus on practising with a sense of mindfulness. Classes will usually incorporate a blend of sun salutations, standing postures and floorwork to create flexibility and strength plus breathwork and relaxation to promote overall calm and wellbeing. £10 drop in.
Private Classes
I am happy to give private tuition either at my home or a student’s home. This can be an effective way to heal from injury or focus on a particular aspect of yoga, or for a group of friends to practise together. It can also be a nice way for anyone who is new to yoga to gain a basic understanding before joining a regular open class.
Private tuition is £55/hour or £45/hour if booked as a course of six classes.
