Yoga Class Details


Tuesdays 10am-11am – beginners yoga

St Thomas Aquinas Church, Ham St, Ham TW10 7HT (near the pond – plenty of free parking)

This will be a slower, gentler class with the focus on internal connection and release. Postures will be used to open the body and harmonise the breath, leaving students feeling refreshed and centred. The class is aimed at beginners. £10 drop in


Tuesdays 11.15am-12.30pm – yoga flow

St Thomas Aquinas Church, Ham St, Ham TW10 7HT (near the pond – plenty of free parking)

This will be a more dynamic class blending traditional yoga flow with strength and breathwork, and ending with relaxing yin style postures to achieve balance and harmony. The class is aimed at those with an intermediate level of experience. £11 drop in


Wednesdays 10.00am-11.15am – restorative yin style yoga

Canbury Pavilion, Canbury Park, Lower Ham Road, Kingston KT25AW – metered parking on Lower Ham Road

Starting 6 March 2019

This is a gentle, restorative yin style class suitable for all. Using bolsters and blocks we will support the body into a series of postures designed to release deeply held tension, nourish the body and facilitate healing. Each class will also include breathwork and relaxation techniques to promote a sense of calm and overall wellbeing. This is mainly a floor based practice which is perfect for those wanting a less physically challenging class, those who have a specific injury to work around or those who simply want a space to nurture themselves and relax. £11 drop in.


Fridays 10.45am-12.00pm – mindful yoga

St Andrews Church Hall, Church Road, Ham TW10 5HG – plenty of free parking

Starting 8 March 2019

This class is suitable for all levels and will focus on practising with a sense of mindfulness. Classes will usually incorporate a blend of sun salutations, standing postures and inversions plus pranayama and relaxation to create flexibility and strength and a feeling of overall calm and wellbeing. £11 drop in.


Private Classes

I am happy to give private tuition either at my home or a student’s home. This can be an effective way to heal from injury or focus on a particular aspect of yoga, or for a group of friends to practise together.

Private tuition is £60/hour (or 6 classes for the price of five if booked in advance).
